located on the ground floor and provides the best of
international haute cuisine. Glass walls make possible a
view... in close up... of the pool outside!
All breakfasts are on Buffet Style lavishly spread with
Eastern & Western Dishes and an action station to prepare
eggs a'la minute.
Dinners consist of Set Menus and Theme Nights such as Sri
Lanka Night. Oriental Night, BBQ Night, Fishing Night,
Chinese Night and international Buffet.
Special Promotional Food Festivals such as Campaigned
Breakfast, Lobster Night, Fish Market, Fine Dining, Pub
Night, Kitchen Cocktails, Cheese & Wine Party, will be
organised for extra supplementary charge.

located on the 2nd. Floor.
The Top Deck Brasserie, offering an exclusive a la carte
menu, is open day and night... and in the daytime provides a
vista of pool, hotel garden, coconut groves, the sea... and
an island hermitage!. An exclusive fine dining table d’hote
is available nightly.
