The term Business class fares covers several different categories of business fares

Full Fare Business Fares

These fares are not subject to restrictions of any sort. Once booked, you can change the details at any time within a period of one year or refund the ticket. In short, these tickets are as flexible as they possibly could be.

Business Class with Restrictions

Although these fares are lower than Business Full Fares, they are subject to a number of restrictions. These can include advance sales deadlines, restricted maximum stays, the fact that they are only available on specified flights and that rebooking and refunds are restricted. The rules governing the use of these fares are normally similar to those for Rebookable Economy Fares

Business Special Fares

These are either special offers in Business Class or heavily restricted fares. These Business Class fares are only available on a few routes, and only a restricted allotment of tickets can be booked on each flight. As a rule, Business Class Fares such as this cannot be rebooked or refunded
